Scope of Work:
The home interior was stripped down to the studs. We relocated the kitchen and opened up the Living area by raising the ceiling to encase the roof trusses to create beams. The fireplace was replaced and new tile and custom built-ins installed. The home was a ranch style house and the new design concept was craftsman style. New aged wood flooring
was installed, new cabinetry, wood island countertop, granite countertops, appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile bathrooms, and custom architectural details created the design concept the owners were looking for.
