Scope of Work:
Exterior Colors – Cultured Stone, Shingles, Stucco, Vinyl Siding and Soffits, Railing, Brick Pavers, Paint Colors, and Exterior Lighting.
Review of the drawings, Space Planning of Furniture and Fixtures for Typical Furniture layouts.
In the Apartments we selected the Flooring, Cabinets, Laminate and Cultured Marble Countertops, Paint colors, Lighting, Plumbing Fixtures, Door and Cabinet Hardware.
The space was light and airy and provided a neutral background for future tentants.
The Club House was designed with a warm, inviting casual feel for groups or individual
gatherings. We achieved this by using a honey colored oak flooring, cultured stone double sided fireplace, rich colors on the upholstery yet comfortable, accessories, artwork, plants, lighting, and window treatments. Warm stain on the Kitchen cabinets with Uba Tuba granite countertops. We also selected interior paint colors and stains.
