Scope of Work Included:
We first started with the exterior color scheme. Since the home is located in Nature Trail the goal for the color scheme is that it blend with the natural surroundings. The details of the Craftsman style home lent it self nicely to the earth tones we selected.
On the interior we selected wide plank medium color wood for the flooring. Granite countertops and glazed cabinets were chosen for the kitchen with a tile backsplash in colors to complete the look. The same glazed cabinets were chosen for the Great Room
to complement the warmth of the stone fireplace. We used tongue and groove wood on the ceiling and stained to match the wood flooring.
In the Master Bath we used a custom tile design in the shower the bath floor and tub surround. The built in cabinets were custom stained in a shaker style with mirrors and linen cabinet to match.
The finish for all the hardware and lighting is in an oil rubbed bronze. Warm paint colors provide a warm welcoming feel to the home.
