Scope of Work:
For the Exterior colors we chose a metal roof and stucco colors. The stucco trim details was all custom designed, stain colors, Spainish Cedar Front Door, Concrete Balusters, Metal Alum Railing, Gas Lanterns, and Tile decks.
The Interiors have Hickory wood flooring, Natural Finish Fir two panel wood doors, Custom Cabinets with custom stains, distressing and details. Tile flooring and Tubs or showers in Bathrooms and Tile Backsplash in Kitchen. Granite countertops through out.
Paint Colors, Carpet, Lighting all chosen to enhance the complete design concept.
