Scope of Work Included:
New Construction designed by Scott and Janet for their growing family. We first started with the exterior colors which included the windows, paint, shingles, and stone. Scott was able to develop a rendering with the colors we chose for the exterior
The couple wanted to incorporate their different styles, his contemporary, hers southern cottage. It was very important to Scott and Janet to consider their different styles of organization and their love for entertaining.
The new home includes an elevator, high-efficiency lighting, stack stone two sided fireplace, a reading nook. It has a large kitchen with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. Custom tile designs in the kitchen and bathrooms
help to make the home unique. To add warmth to the home we used wood flooring with plush carpet in the bedrooms along with soothing paint colors. "It is the perfect combination of our desires for the interior look of the home" Janet says.
