Scope of Work:
Complete Residential Renovation Project to provide the client with an additional bedroom and bath, larger Master Suite, large Laundry and enlarge pool area. We started with the demolition of the interiors down to the studs. We changed the existing Garage into a Bedroom, Bath, Walk in Closet and Laundry. The design included a new Garage, larger Foyer and opening up the Living Area and adding a Mud Room.
All the finishes were updated which included new tile though out the first floor, new cabinets, paint colors and stains, lighting, appliances, plumbing fixtures, two new fireplaces, and tile bathroom. New Wood flooring on the second floor was installed. Replacement of windows, interior doors, door hardware, and adding a custom Mahogany Front Door. Design of Custom shelving in all walk in closets. New window treatments, furniture, area rugs, accessories, and artwork.
